As others have said, it is not a foreign company but a Chinese company. The interview was conducted remotely and ended shortly after they asked a few questions about my field of study and previous industry experience. It felt like they had not even looked at my information, which was rather disrespectful.

They pay overtime. As for the rest, they provide only the most basic protections required by the Labor Standards Act. The interviewer emphasized that the company's technology is excellent and that it has technical staff in other countries.
