1. Freedom at work
2. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The average age is relatively high, so this company is suitable for those looking for a laid-back job. Young people may easily be influenced by this slow pace; I suggest that young people move on to another company in search of better pay and benefits once they have gained enough experience.
3. I’m not familiar with the other departments, but our department doesn’t place much emphasis on hierarchical relationships, so people interact more like friends. (Of course, we still treat meetings seriously.)
1. I won’t even mention the salary, which is the most criticized issue. As other reviews have said, it is definitely a major drawback, and every payday is infuriating.
2. The year-end banquet has been changed to one without a raffle; gift vouchers are simply handed out instead. However, no one gives us a hard time if people in our department don’t want to attend the banquet.
3. Also, the gym is practically nonexistent. It has fewer than ten pieces of equipment and looks like nothing more than a front set up to attract people.
4. “Connections really are the truth of life.”
