Pros
To be honest, there really aren't any advantages. The only thing is the afternoon tea brought back by the interview staff, which was also given by a client! But we only get to have it twice a month.
Cons
They deduct from the base salary, and you have to complete 10 cases per month! I completed nine and didn't receive any bonus! They even deducted 5,000 from my base salary-!
They didn't enroll me in labor or health insurance from my first day at the company, which is illegal-!
