Pros

Pros: Pan and Ms. You are often not at the company. Even when they come in, it is already evening (making you afraid to leave work)... Is this really a pro?

Cons

1. They often paint a grand picture, letting you see it (when claiming design fees) but not eat it (while obediently collecting your meager monthly salary).

2. Being their subcontracted commissioned vendor is simply terribly unlucky... They slash prices to the point of drawing blood and revise proposals down to the bone... (Is this how you train vendors?)

3. Under no circumstances should you drive... There is no reimbursement for gas when driving on business trips (because if you don't bring it up, they just pretend not to know)... Even if you do bring it up, whether they will give you anything is another matter!!!!

4. Don't get any fanciful ideas about bringing projects to the company... If you bring one in, will the company give you a share? (You really are so foolish and naively optimistic... This is the result of fair competition by the company.)

5. The company has no packaged add-on software... This has been pointed out for several years... Playing dumb is playing dumb... Not buying means not buying... (And then blaming employees for being inefficient?)

6. When an architect needs to attend coordination meetings... Hurry to the hospital, register as a patient, and ask the doctor to write a certificate so you don't have to attend the meeting (Should I say you're exceptionally clever?)

7. When everyone at the company is working overtime, you absolutely must not leave early... Otherwise, you'll be labeled as not being a team player (even if you genuinely have nothing to do).....

8. Check the company's employee turnover rate (a sea of miserable green)... (It is practically more frequent than the daily turnover in the stock market).....

9. Oh, right... If you leave your seat for 15 minutes, remember to fill out a leave form, okay... Do you understand? (Start taking notes!!!)

10. Try not to join the LINE group if you can avoid it... Otherwise, receiving instructions about assorted matters from them after midnight or at 6–7 in the morning is perfectly normal (Should I say work is part of life?)

Alright.... I've wasted part of my life writing all this. Please give me a round of applause!!! Otherwise, my glass heart is easily hurt.
