After the interview, I received a verbal offer, but afterward no one sent any email notifying me about the onboarding arrangements. During the process, I realized that this is a company with very few rules. The interview application form also required me to disclose some strange details about my previous job’s compensation. I had a very bad impression; it is not a good company.
