My seat is incredibly strange. It's open-plan to begin with, but my seat faces the window and has its back to the other employees. There are two people in front, and the seat is so small that there's nowhere to put my feet.
The senior designers and supervisors are difficult to deal with. Discussions about finalized designs may be overturned at the last minute, yet they can't explain why changes are needed. Even after making changes according to their instructions, they'll still say that the revisions didn't add any value. If they say something is bad, you have to change it; if you think something is good, they'll reject it. So why hire experienced people at all? Wouldn't it be better to hire assistants instead?
They keep lecturing people, claiming it's to shorten the adjustment period, while creating inexplicable pressure.
Here, your self-esteem, professionalism, and experience are completely trampled on.
There are no limits to the design styles, and what they ask you to revise will not be the final result anyway.
