Basically, overtime pay is provided (an overtime form must be submitted).... Colleagues are easy to get along with
Year-end bonus: NT$2,000–5,000. It stays the same even if you have worked there for 10 years (I heard that in 2019, employees will receive a year-end bonus)...... Because too many people are leaving
Turnover rate: The annual turnover frequency is approximately 16%—around 10 people leave each year
Pay raises: Almost none.......... Plenty of people go 3–5 years without a raise (the company has no annual performance review system)
Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival: Gifts only (selfie sticks/food storage containers/no-name backpacks) ...etc.
Birthday bonus: NT$500
Lunar New Year work-opening red envelope: NT$200
Typhoon days off are unpaid (attendance bonuses are not deducted)
Meal allowance: Calculated based on the actual number of days worked
People in every department have to become operators for one week each month (approximately), called production-line support
Rewards and discipline: The frequency of warnings versus commendations is 10 to 1
Each warning results in a NT$1,000 deduction
Collective punishment: If an operator makes a mistake, the whole group may have money deducted or work hours deducted to compensate the company (which is why many local and foreign workers have left)
Paydays: Basically the 5th of every month. If it falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payment is only delayed, never moved earlier
What is written on 104 (misleading): There are no employee trips at all, no employee gatherings...
Sick leave: Half pay (but the full-attendance bonus is deducted) Calculated by half-month periods (the monthly full-attendance bonus is NT$2,000)
99% of the people in the entire company: Their base salary is listed as NT$21,000.........
