Damn, I really can't think of anything...
I am a former employee, and everything written below is true:
This mother-and-daughter owner duo is incredibly stingy. They only make empty promises, and even the bonuses promised for meeting performance targets never materialize. They completely treat employees like general laborers! They make us do this and that without increasing our salaries! They claim they aren't making money, yet they clearly exploit the models, charging them over 10,000 a month for a lousy dormitory. In the summer, they don't even allow the models to turn on the air conditioning, and they don't turn on the air conditioning in the office either!
There are many more infuriating things, but I won't go into detail. Everyone, please be sure to choose your company carefully. I hope they will mend their ways and do better!
