Seeing this comment, I find it really strange! Because, as far as I know, the company's vice president is not the kind of person described here in the way he treats people and handles matters. Although I am an external partner, whenever I encounter difficulties in my personal life or work, I often exchange views with the vice president. What I usually receive is warm support and encouragement. Regarding the hurt caused by colleagues or friends, the vice president always guides me to look at the whole situation from the perspective of “blessing others,” allowing me to get through troubled periods with greater peace of mind.
I often envy the employees who work at Hojian Company, because they are so fortunate to be able to work and grow in such an environment. I really find it hard to believe that a business owner who invests so many training resources in employees could be the person described above. I have often asked the vice president why he is always willing to let employees receive training from the best instructors, regardless of how much it costs. The vice president always says that employees at Hojian are family for life; they are his family. In addition to basic living wages and employee benefits, what matters even more is how to help employees grow and make their minds and spirits richer. I also believe that a manager with these principles could not be the kind of person described above, could they?
Every company has its strengths and weaknesses, but based on my understanding, the statements described above are all untrue. As far as I know, this company's benefits are genuinely very good. In addition to year-end bonuses, there are other bonus systems as well—how could anyone say there are no bonuses at all? This review is truly unfair, and the attacking remarks are even more puzzling!
