Pros

1. You can aim for a high position, because there are no low-level positions either.

Cons

This company is affiliated with a firm called Pan Rongjie Architects. They are located at the same address and have overlapping business operations. Job seekers, please take note!

1. Salary is harshly deducted under various pretexts upon resignation; many people have been affected.

2. The systems are incomplete, and staffing is unbalanced with the workload; the boss is proactive in finding projects but passive in finding employees.

3. Overtime pay does not comply with the Labor Standards Act, and high salaries are underreported for insurance purposes. Some employees even receive no overtime pay and have no annual leave. There is no system for salary or benefits. The boss clearly does not take the Labor Standards Act seriously.

4. The company lacks cohesion. When employees resign, they cannot leave because there is no one to hand over their work to. At the same time, new employees do not know whom to receive handover from.

5. The boss avoids existing work and takes the easiest route; most projects are currently a mess. New projects continue to fall into the same cycle of becoming messes.

6. Unable to hire regular employees, the company relies on interns as its main workforce.

7. As for the boss’s professional ethics, I have no comment. Those interested can experience it for themselves.

8. They paint a wonderful dream with words, but every dream eventually ends. The ambitions are huge; the actions are small.

9. When you hear the boss weaving dreams with you and piecing together a blueprint for the future, please stay calm—it is absolutely not real.

10. Salary and benefits are below average.

The above opinions are all based on my own experience. I still believe this company is gradually improving, so those interested can give it a try themselves.

I wish the company great success and prosperity.
