There are many good colleagues.
When R&D engineers are mocked with remarks such as: “Engineers don’t have break time,” the break time set by the company is merely fictitious and already completely violates the Labor Standards Act. During the lunch break, we are repeatedly asked about work progress; after being questioned for nearly 20 minutes, they can then get away without paying overtime for work periods of less than half an hour. The supervisor even taunts us by saying that engineers cannot possibly work a full eight hours, while they themselves can spend 1–2 hours chatting internally. A general affairs manager’s character is apparently worth only an iPhone 8.
