Pros
The work is easy, but you have to do everything, like a gofer.
If you want a comfortable life, you can stay for a long time.
Cons
Sick leave is deducted from your full salary, and labor and health insurance are also insured at the minimum level.
When tasks come in, everyone shirks responsibility if they can, so you don't learn anything.
