In addition to the drawbacks mentioned by the several people above, I would like to add a few more points:

1. To save on electricity costs, the office area on the second floor usually only has one air conditioner running, resulting in the air being permeated by a nauseating sour sweat smell coming from someone. As the saying goes, living with an unpleasant person is like entering an abalone shop—after a while, you no longer notice the stench. That smell really does resemble rotten abalone. For people with a keen sense of smell, it is a form of torture.

2. You have to deal with people with abnormal personalities who cannot control their emotions. Every now and then, they set traps for you to fall into or berate you with sarcastic remarks. Simply dealing with such people is enough to drain your working hours and enthusiasm; after staying for a long time, you may feel as though you are in a psychiatric hospital.

3. One supervisor will boast that he works several hundred hours a month, while also requiring you to be on call 24 hours a day for the projects you are responsible for and to respond on LINE (including during holidays), always putting the client and the company first. But I do not understand why he constantly complains about his own boss behind his back. It is truly contradictory and extremely hypocritical. To quote a famous line from *The Legend of Zhen Huan*: X people are just being affected.
