The company complies fully with the Labor Standards Act. It provides all the benefits employees are entitled to and does not shortchange them. The compensation is good, and they are very generous with bonuses. Taking leave is flexible and requests are not made difficult. The work environment is also good, and colleagues get along well.
1. The boss is inconsistent and indecisive. We have been discussing one project for a year without reaching a conclusion. Fortunately, we do not often go to the office and use Skype instead. 2. Customers are being lost, and it is impossible to predict how long the company can hold on.
