錫安包裝實業有限公司
Pros

1. The company is doing very well~ The phone never stops ringing~ Orders come in on their own.

2. You can learn about current trends (what everyone is selling).

3. You’ll learn a lot of knowledge related to printing.

4. Every month, you’re given 60 flexible minutes for your work schedule (=> 30 minutes each in the first and second halves of the month).

There really is a lot to learn when you first join, but once you get through it, it’s yours!

Cons

Work hours: 8:30–17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. 17:30–18:00 is break time (Break time?! I just want to go home!!!!)

Salary structure: base salary + position allowance + perfect-attendance bonus = total salary. I recommend asking HR to clarify this when they call to notify you...

Environment:

1. Corrugated-metal building; even with the air conditioning on, it’s still hot.

2. Squat toilets... Approximately 20 office employees and nearby processing workers share two squat toilets... I think the toilets are a lot like public restrooms...

3. Everyone has to take turns cleaning (but what do you do when someone slacks off and doesn’t clean?)

4. There are often flies buzzing around the office (flying ants appear before it rains).

Coworkers:

Everyone is very, very, very busy~~ Work is almost entirely business, business, business, with little casual conversation. And because everyone is in sales, there’s inevitably a bit of a competitive atmosphere.

(I’ve also heard that the person in charge has a very strong sense of self and does whatever they want, often making employees redo work -> I didn’t experience this myself.)

Benefits: There weren’t any benefits to enjoy, so...... (you know what I mean), and therefore I can’t share anything.

**No matter what~ Everyone’s experience is different, so you still have to go through it yourself to find out whether it suits you.**
