The wait during the interview was extremely long. The length of the wait itself would not have been a problem, but the key issue was that the mainland Chinese manager’s flight was delayed, and they even went to chat with other senior executives.
They ignored the interviewee waiting for a long time, only spending 15 minutes on the actual interview once it formally began, casually skimming the materials, and in the end asking the interviewee to write something down
in order to look at their handwriting and use such an unconventional method to select candidates. What????
I submitted the assigned test questions, and the company required two interviews, so I went to both (while employed, I even had to specifically take leave to attend the interviews).
But the way they treated the interviewee was truly so.................ridiculous
