The office is very large

1. Unrealistic, caring only about a glamorous appearance (the office decor) while failing to improve the things that actually need improvement.

2. They say that any problems can be reported, but after you actually report one, if you do not say what the people at the top want to hear, they will criticize you behind your back and invalidate you as an employee.

3. They manage people without winning their hearts. The people at the top constantly change their decisions, do not respect expertise, and think they know best.

4. The people at the top care a lot about how quickly you reply on LINE. They send messages after working hours and keep track of which employees reply quickly and which do not. You cannot even sleep peacefully after work.

5. They interfere with whom departing employees may contact and which group chats they may join.

6. They keep shouting that the company is not making money and that everyone must endure difficult times together, while constantly showing off the designer shoes, clothes, and cars they bought, and carrying a new designer bag every day.

7. The people at the top only like obedient employees. If you have too many opinions, they will find a way to force you out.

8. Long-serving employees abuse their seniority. They help whoever they like, but if they do not like your attitude, they treat you terribly—as if you owed them millions.

9. The people at the top have no ideas of their own. In meetings, all they say is, “What do you think?” and “Do you think this is good?” When they see another company’s product selling well, they immediately imitate it, and the end result is a complete mess.

10. A lot of things require approval from the people at the top, yet they often read messages without replying (sometimes they are getting their hair done or having laser treatments). They drag things out, and in the end the work cannot be completed on schedule, but they blame the employees. If a message goes unanswered for five minutes, they explode in the group chat, as if the whole company were their secretaries.

11. The people at the top are masters of making grand promises, making you feel that the future is full of hope, but they never accomplish anything.

In short, having someone at the top who has no idea how difficult ordinary life is—what misery!
