The company is well-known.
HR discussed the salary right away at the beginning, saying that if the salary did not meet my requirements, there was no need to continue the conversation. The salary structure consists of a base salary of 16,000 plus various allowances (meal, position, education level, etc.). University graduates are offered a little over 28K. One component is a variable bonus, so the salary offered later in the interview process may not necessarily be 28K. It’s suitable for fresh graduates, I guess; experienced job changers are offered the same pay as fresh graduates… lol.
After hearing the salary, I really couldn’t accept it, so I left.
