1. The people at the top only know how to talk; whenever they want something changed, they’ll message you on LINE immediately, no matter what time it is, and tell you to change it. It’s an extreme responsibility-based system.

2. They have very poor judgment. When a style doesn’t look good and doesn’t sell well, instead of holding the planning team accountable, they go after marketing and other departments. If they take a dislike to someone, they immediately call them in for a meeting and let them go. If the clothes aren’t fashionable, promoting them won’t make a difference. This is something they just don’t understand.

3. The people at the top rely too heavily on their past experience and think they’re always right. They don’t respect other people’s professional expertise. Well, you’re the most “professional” of all. No wonder performance keeps falling.
