There are no secrets to getting through the interview. The people there are all kinds, and employees are treated as expendable materials, so it is very easy to get hired.
[Assistant Technician, Walsin Technology, Kaohsiung B9 Plant]
1. The interview is quick and everyone gets a prize. Only the person conducting the interview will look at your résumé; the people responsible for making decisions afterward will not look at it at all.
2. There is no promotion system. People with leadership abilities remain at the lowest level even after ten years; at most, they will let you become a team leader.
3. The cultural standards are low, and workplace bullying is severe. If you sympathize with the person being bullied and speak to them, you will be targeted as well.
*Note: If you are assigned to the cutting station at the B9 plant, it is recommended that you request a transfer to another station. That station seriously violates the Labor Standards Act while cleverly avoiding detection. Overtime is severe, with 12-hour workdays (standing for long periods) and only four days off per month. The relentless pursuit of output has led to customer complaints about quality, so everyone can only resort to various shortcuts to meet the targets. Workplace bullying is most severe at this station, and your reputation may be deliberately tarnished. Ms. Ke may make assumptions based on her own imagination and misunderstand people without seeking to truly understand the situation. Because the cultural standards at the B9 plant are low, there is no opportunity to communicate or explain.
Everything above is true, without a single false statement.
I hope this can help save at least one person....
