Almost none
1. The boss has a very bad temper and often yells at people for no reason, acts impulsively, and may inexplicably take out their anger on you.
2. Extremely long working hours; overtime exceeds 46 hours almost every month, yet the pay is nothing special. It feels like working for charity.
3. The on-site environment is chaotic. The production control department supervisor often does things their own way and has absolutely no communication with the management department. It is outrageous.
4. After many employees left the company, there were so many machines on-site that one person had to handle 5–6 machines, or even more. It was completely impossible to keep up. Even more ridiculously, the management department was also required to go to the site at fixed times to take over machines.
In short, for the sake of your own career and health, think twice before joining this company!
