There is one regular day off and one flexible day off per week. There is a night-shift allowance. The 30-minute meal break is paid (but if you do not want to eat, you cannot simply use it to rest).
They honestly and clearly state that you may have to work until the early hours of the morning 2–3 days a week.
Some stores require working until the early hours of the morning. Weekly shift scheduling (it is unclear how many days in advance the following week’s schedule is announced).
You need to cooperate with the company and be willing to transfer to stores within a commuting distance that you can manage.
