Engineers are responsible for work after hours, but only certain departments are extremely demanding, such as the optics-mechanics department or the optics-mechanics department.

If you are interviewing for the optics-mechanics department, do not join.
If you are interviewing for another department and negotiate a good monthly salary, it is well suited for coasting until retirement.
