The pay is low and raises are slow. For almost the entire year, leave is restricted. Taking time off to see a doctor makes you feel like a criminal.

We work overtime every day. There is no so-called off-season—just peak season and extremely peak season. It’s at least 10 hours every day.

We can’t even eat lunch on time. It gets delayed until two or three in the afternoon. Every day, we work overtime until eight or nine at night and still haven’t eaten.

The transportation is extremely inconvenient. The surrounding area is desolate, making it very difficult to find something to eat.

The year-end bonus is always very small, and the holiday bonuses are also low—just over 1,000 each.

The travel subsidy depends on seniority. It starts at 600, and even after working there longer, the maximum is only 6,000. There are also many restrictions: it can only be used to offset the cost of company-organized tours, and tickets without a name on them are not accepted.
