A large company where you can learn a lot. The bachelor's starting salary is NT$36,000, and with overtime pay it is manageable. The company name also makes your experience look good on your résumé, and the work will train you to become very tough and hardworking.
The company will move to a new building in Xinyi District in June.
The workload is far beyond what the staff can handle. Some projects with low budgets require a great deal of time, but the overtime cannot be claimed. You also have to work overtime on holidays, and on average you work until nine or ten at night on weekdays. It is completely an endless job.
Oh, right—I’m not in the Audit Department; the overtime in Audit is even more outrageous. In short, it is extremely exploitative.
In addition to the work itself, there are many tedious administrative procedures to carry out.
The turnover rate is very high. Before joining, consider whether your liver can hold up. This is not a lively or enjoyable job.
