The colleagues are easy to get along with, the company location is convenient, and not having to clock in makes work very flexible.
The actual work after joining was completely different from what was discussed initially. The boss is very good at making grand promises, saying at first that they would develop business in new countries, but when no results were seen in a short period, they were unwilling to invest further.
A supervisor took an extended leave, and only then did they open a position to recruit a business development employee. While the supervisor was away, they constantly complained about the supervisor and spoke ill of them. Once the supervisor returned, they began nitpicking and finding excuses to dismiss people.
