1. Waited at least an hour and a half. For a hotel claiming to be five-star, they did not even provide a glass of water.
2. Group interviews were conducted, so everyone could hear what was being said. There was no privacy at all.
3. An older man wearing an extremely fake-looking wig came in and said he was the chairman. He only asked about my previous job and salary, then said, “You don’t have hotel experience; we need someone with hotel experience...” Didn’t HR review my résumé before inviting me to interview, or are there no applicants left, so HR is notifying people at random?! They then wasted the interviewee’s time. Outrageous!
4. If you receive an interview invitation, think twice—and then think twice again!!!
