Had a very pleasant conversation with the hiring manager

The conversation with the more senior executive during the second interview was not very pleasant. The executive was very subjective, and the salary was not good considering the workload and pressure. During the second interview, I also spoke with a manager from another department and felt that there was a lot of internal competition (infighting). The hiring manager from the first interview clearly seemed to have relatively little standing in the company.
