Blind massages are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The colleagues get along well, and there are many famous, highly skilled R&D people online who can become friends.
I worked steadily in R&D and never caused trouble or offended anyone.
However, some longtime employees at the company disliked me and looked for an opportunity to fire me.
They deliberately held meetings to challenge my work abilities.
When they couldn't find anything, they started criticizing my conduct and interpersonal skills.
Come on!
I had just joined the company—I wasn't familiar with those longtime manager types.
I didn't even know everyone's faces or who was who yet. There were hundreds of people in R&D, seated in different corners.
Was I supposed to salute and greet them every time I saw them?
They acted as if becoming an R&D manager at Yungching were such a great achievement. It was absurd!!!
They used this as an excuse to complain about me, which I found ridiculous.
So, if you're thinking about joining the R&D department there,
please, after reading this post, go work for another company.
There are plenty of programming jobs in Taiwan; this company isn't worth considering.
Although there are some highly capable people there,
you still have to make those longtime managers feel "good."
Otherwise, no matter how capable you are, you'll be fired for no apparent reason.
The moment they fire you, they'll tell you to leave.
They drive you out like a dog.
Terrible company.
