1. The general manager doesn’t understand technology, project management, or business operations; likes young women; assigns work arbitrarily; gives misguided directions; doesn’t respect professional expertise; and likes to lie to and deceive clients and employees.

2. The company’s systems are chaotic, evaluations have no basis, people the general manager likes receive maximum raises, there are no benefits, and expired beverages are given to employees.

3. R&D: More than half are bloodsuckers, and more than half have no more than three years of experience. Inexperienced R&D staff develop poor work attitudes and a lack of responsibility because of the company’s strange culture; they work only when they feel like it. The general manager dislikes capable people, while experienced employees have no real authority.

4. PMs: Almost none have relevant experience, and most are unable to answer even basic questions. They are very busy every day, but not doing what PMs should be doing. The general manager dislikes capable people, and their apparent purpose is to serve as the general manager’s scapegoats.

5. Customer service: They rely on the general manager’s favoritism, have an extremely poor work attitude, make mistakes at a very high rate, and complain about other departments every day.

6. HR: The general manager frequently assigns them strange tasks. Staffing is clearly insufficient, and despite being a fintech company, the internal systems are not automated.

7. Sales: The general manager drove out a group of people, and those left behind have little experience—again, they are people the general manager favors.
