Pros
Having a family relationship makes work less stressful, and you don't need to take responsibility for mistakes.
Year-end bonus of around 5 months' salary (based on basic salary)
Cons
Working 12 hours a day, with a total of 1 hour of break time.
Without a family relationship, work is less relaxed. You must take responsibility for your own mistakes, as well as for other people's mistakes.
