Pros

Online reviews say this company's pay is poor, but after applying for an R&D-related position, I felt it actually wasn't bad; the bonus system also sounds quite comprehensive (though of course I don't know how much one can actually receive XD).

Cons

It is widely rumored that this company's HR department likes to pad its performance figures (the positions they post aren't necessarily because they are actually hiring). After going through the interview process myself, I felt that was indeed the case... Before the interview, you have to fill in extremely detailed personal information—even the names and job titles of your siblings must be provided. On top of that, the test asks you to list the charitable and public-welfare activities the company has carried out, write out chemical equations, and so on, which is both ridiculous and amusing. After completing the test, I was interviewed by HR. The interview questions sounded like they came from a standardized template; however, while the applicant answered the questions, HR merely jotted down notes casually in the blank spaces of the documents at hand. It looked like they were just going through the motions XD

I spent about an hour in the HR interview (and approximately half an hour beforehand writing the test), but later received a rejection letter, so I did not proceed to the second-round interview. To be honest, after experiencing it firsthand, I personally don't think the HR staff were unprofessional, but I do agree with the online reviews that the positions this company posts aren't necessarily because they are actually hiring XD I hope this experience is useful for everyone's reference.
