1. The company culture involves a lot of empty talk. If you can tolerate it, you can stay.
2. There are an astonishing number of meetings, all of them brainwashing sessions where the boss indoctrinates employees.
3. The senior executives are extremely submissive, treating the boss’s words as sacred edicts and not daring to oppose them.
4. Out of touch with the times, and somewhat slow to accept new things.
Traditional and conservative; there will never be any groundbreaking attempts.
5. Extremely high employee turnover
6. No overtime pay; employees are forced to take compensatory leave
