Pros

I had been there before, and was invited to interview again this time. Based on my previous impression, the longtime owner was very courteous. I was offered a position back then, but I politely declined because I had suffered a serious leg injury and could not stand for long periods.

Cons

1. After more than ten years of work experience, they interviewed me as if I had just entered the workforce, asking about my personality traits, areas of expertise, and the three things I was most accomplished in. It was all clearly written on my résumé, which they had already seen before inviting me to interview—and I hadn't even submitted the résumé myself—yet they still asked about things already listed on it.

2. The general manager is very young and is the second generation of the family business. They have hired a consultant who meddles in everything. During the interview, the general manager barely asked any questions; the consultant did most of the asking. The consultant should probably be the general manager instead.

3. I answered every question I was asked. In the end, the feedback was: “When interviewing with the general manager, your report should be concise and clear. We don't have that much time to listen to your explanations, and the report wasn't exciting enough.” (What the hell~~~~ It was all written in my résumé. If you didn't read it, fine. I was worried you wouldn't understand, so I tried my best to express myself, and then you gave me feedback like that???? Completely baffling.)

4. The consultant's interference is excessive, and the general manager lacks experience. If this is how they run the company, they might as well hire this consultant as the deputy general manager.
