The interview was not perfunctory, but because it was conducted by HR, the questions were not technical enough, making the interview feel much like a question-and-answer session with a robot.

HR could not decide whether to hire me, so the manager of the relevant department called me separately to ask additional questions. Despite saying they would notify me after a week, I heard nothing. When I called to ask the department manager whether there was a result, the manager said they had to ask HR. The entire process took nearly a month, leaving me with many questions. If even the manager in charge of the department cannot make decisions, I feel that after joining, work would also become trapped in a cycle of repeatedly escalating decisions and going back and forth, wasting time.
