They proactively invited me to an interview, but criticized my experience during the interview;

Although I had clearly stated the position I was applying for, they were only willing to recruit me as a trainee/reserve candidate. In the end, they also made grand promises and asked hypothetical questions, such as whether I would stay if I were not promoted after the probationary period.

It felt like they were casting a wide net and only willing to hire people at low salaries. A very unpleasant interview experience.

I strongly recommend that job seekers ask more questions when they receive an invitation, to avoid wasting their time.
