During the interview, the company and work environment appeared normal.
1. HR specifically explained the company's policy: "One minute of lateness will result in a salary deduction." When reminded that this was illegal, HR replied that it was common practice in the industry and had been approved by the Ministry of the Interior, so the salary deduction was fine!
2. Performance bonuses are calculated and paid only once every six months (even if performance targets are achieved in the first half of the year, the bonus cannot be received if you are no longer employed during the second half).
