Pros
Two-stage interview: the first stage was a phone interview with HR, and the second stage was an on-site interview at the company. The interviewers in both stages were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I wasn't hired in the end because my qualifications were insufficient. QQ
Cons
The company was moving to Xizhi in June 2018, which might be a little farther for some people.
