The interview felt a lot like having a conversation.

The manager wants me to pursue a publicly funded doctoral degree after joining, but I can only apply after looking at my performance during the first two years. After studying for several years, I would have to repay half of it to the Industrial Technology Research Institute. The 2+4+2 arrangement would bind me for at least eight years, which doesn’t seem very good for a recent graduate.
