I searched on Ptt and found a few posts saying that if you come prepared, it will be an interview with no standards.
.....Everyone was telling the truth.
When I arrived at the interview location and entered the meeting room, HR asked me to fill out the personnel information form. She also said I could take the logic test next time if I wanted. How foolish of me—I said I would just do it today! (I had completely failed to realize that this was her opening move to get rid of me.)
I speak relatively quickly, and HR asked several questions at an even faster pace than mine. She interrupted me before I could finish a single sentence and immediately moved on to the next question, all while wearing a disdainful expression.
After I was frantically interrupted for 10 minutes, she reached a conclusion: “I don’t think you’re suitable for our company. You’re more suited to a foreign company; foreign companies move quickly.”
Out of curiosity, I asked at the end: “Since you brought up the issue of pace, the company seems to move slowly, but the HR representative speaking for the company talks incredibly fast?”
She replied: “Oh, I was matching your pace.”
Oh, I was matching your pace.
Oh, I was matching your pace.
Oh, I was matching your pace.
The overall standard of the interview was exactly as everyone had described it. ^^
By the way, from the conversation to seeing me out, it only took 17 minutes. If you’re trying to pad your performance numbers, you don’t have to make it look quite so bad~
