A small company with absolutely no systems in place. There is no ERP or anything similar, and finding information is like searching for a needle in a haystack.
The folders and emails inside are like a maze.
The turnover rate is extremely high—more disposable than disposable tableware.
New hires are immediately dumped with a pile of cases. There are no senior employees at all, so newcomers are quickly scared away.
Of the company’s 30-some employees, nearly one-third are interns—cheap labor in bulk, and the kind that cannot easily leave.
The boss only blames people who resign for lacking ability, says young people are useless, and claims everyone cannot keep up with his ideas and pace. He himself has absolutely no problems; everything is other people’s fault.
The boss’s wife is also a major problem. Her attitude is extremely poor, and she calculates salaries incorrectly. The company has very poor cash flow, so payments owed to vendors are often repeatedly delayed. They do not even purchase the stationery used by the company. Lunch is not provided either.

Coming here will only make you question your life.
