I interviewed there over a year ago. They asked applicants to come in for interviews without reviewing their résumés first, and only looked at the applicant’s information during the interview. The interviews were conducted in a semi-open environment, so it was possible to learn about the situations of other applicants. The applicant before me was sent away after less than five minutes because their résumé did not meet the qualifications, wasting the applicant’s time.
