For Taiwanese expatriate employees, those with ambition and patience, as well as strong work and organizational coordination skills, have excellent opportunities to advance to senior management. There are also opportunities to interact directly with senior personnel from sports brands, including both Western and Chinese executives. Colleagues are friendly, the atmosphere is fairly cheerful, and there is considerable personal freedom.
The systems are somewhat underdeveloped, and the culture is not particularly open-minded. Sometimes, you need to find your own solutions to certain issues. Overall, however, it is not overly stifling. Interdepartmental support and integration are weak, so the work of Taiwanese expatriate employees may require additional effort and time.
