The security guard was very friendly
The woman from the Gao surname HR department had a very poor attitude during the interview.
It was obvious that she was asking foolish questions in order to “intimidate” the interviewee.
She was very arrogant, which was really inappropriate as the face of a company.
However, when I asked her questions, she became so nervous that she repeatedly flipped through my résumé.
She went from the first page to the last, then from the last page back to the first, going back and forth. She seemed genuinely nervous.
She also kept repeating herself.
I followed up on her answers by asking more in-depth questions,
and her reaction was unexpectedly somewhat embarrassed and angry... as if I had hit a sore spot.
Therefore, if applicants encounter the woman from the Gao surname HR department, please do not panic in the face of her biting remarks.
She seems more like the type who relies on borrowed authority to intimidate others; if you ask truly in-depth questions, she will be very afraid of you.
Moreover, when she made a subsequent phone call to invite me to interview with the supervisor, her attitude was completely different from during the interview—she was practically gentle and refined.
I thought she was not the same person...
The supervisor was the cordial type and showed great respect for people. The interview mainly focused on personal background and understanding of the job duties.
The salary was poor, but the product was decent.
