Applied for a Test Engineer position

They should be supervisors, I suppose. Currently, it mainly consists of interns and one full-time employee. The supervisor is quite easy to talk to, so you don't have to worry about awkward silences.

The interview questions were mainly about how to respond as a QA, I guess. There weren't any particularly unusual questions.

This doesn't really count as a drawback, but the second interview is with a senior executive, who is very busy.

The main task is to set up automated testing. I suppose that initially, they want to find someone to take the lead and get a feel for the situation.
