The colleagues are nice, and the manager is nice too. It is also quite a comfortable work environment (Tainan branch). Most things comply with the Labor Standards Act, and overtime pay is provided.

1. The salary is very low: 22K + 1,000 attendance bonus + 1,700 transportation allowance

2. Professional skills are not valued. Being bilingual only gets you an additional 1,000 in salary, and it is still deducted proportionally based on leave taken.

3. The morning meetings are just motivational talks, with a very loose structure. New employees are not trained and have to figure everything out on their own.
