1. Salary is paid on time.
2. The office environment is acceptable.
1. The workload and pressure are high, but the pay is low and disproportionate.
2. They will ask you to work overtime, but they may not necessarily approve an overtime form.
3. The company is very good at taking advantage of employees. The first hour after work is counted as dinner time, but they may not necessarily let you go eat dinner.
4. When working overtime on weekends, the lunch break and the late break (the first hour after work) are likewise not counted as overtime hours.
5. The boss is stingy. Even if you print one sheet incorrectly, you may be publicly “praised” for wasting resources. If they happen to hear the printer running, they may even go over to see what you are printing. It’s unbelievably ridiculous!
6. When they are short-staffed, they hire a lot of people; when there are no projects, they dismiss employees. No matter how long you have worked there, they can simply say they feel you are not suitable for the job.
7. One person is expected to do the work of many. Unless you have three heads and six arms, you will end up working overtime every day. QQ
