1. There is a chance of hitting the jackpot with the salary
2. The work tasks are not very stressful
1. The boss is very disrespectful
2. The work tasks are disorganized
3. It is difficult to improve your work skills
Inside the company:
1. The boss does not understand technology but often pretends to and insists on giving suggestions, resulting in strange things being made
2. Because the boss does not understand technology and conducts interviews personally, some strange people end up being hired
3. The company has many newcomers with no relevant experience, resulting in many things being done haphazardly; the boss relies heavily on newcomers
4. As long as you finish reading beginner books on the relevant technologies available on the market, you are probably the strongest person there
5. Every year, many people say they are going to leave, but someone always ends up staying; now they are all loyal employees who have accumulated many years at the company
Other departments:
PM department:
Most are people who were persuaded to stay by other units and transferred to PM roles. Their knowledge of PM-related matters can be described as nonexistent. One person genuinely has PM experience, but unfortunately has no authority and is not valued. The other PMs and the boss also fail to recognize their abilities, and the R&D colleagues they work with have a weak foundation, so it is difficult for them to perform well.
McDonald's department:
Let's just call it the McDonald's department! Decode it yourself. One person in this department is a joke played by God: the soul of management was placed in a worker's body, turning them into management's enforcer. They stay at the company through loyalty rather than ability.
Suggestions:
1. Ask for a higher salary during the interview—that's the way to go. Don't be afraid; maybe you will be the one who hits the jackpot!
2. Most of the employees still at the company are people who keep their dignity outside the company; they trade being berated by the boss for a salary. It is difficult to learn anything after joining.
