It is a company with high brand visibility, but internally it is actually very traditional.

Those who want to join to learn new things should be mentally prepared: many things are restrictive.

Moreover, the boss is an academic type; you can tell from listening to him speak that he lives in his own world.

They also hold very questionable book clubs.

It sounds wonderful, but in reality the year-end bonus is just 1.5 months (the boss is skilled with words—technically, 13.5–15 months is not wrong).

As for bonuses, it depends on your individual luck. All I know is that the KPIs keep being raised, making the bonus threshold higher.

Some people can see the bonuses but cannot receive them.

However, the managers are all nice.

Benefits are subjective... You might apply for some stationery and spend just 10 more NTD, and someone will come over to ask why you need the more expensive option.

In short, before joining, I recommend comparing several options.
