The starting salary is 24,000, plus an additional 1,000 for perfect attendance.
There are rotating Saturday shifts, but the job posting says two days off per week, which is a bit strange.
Only after actually starting work did I realize that I was expected to handle everything:
1. Open up and sweep the floor (including the first floor of the apartment building)
2. Wait for the garbage truck and take out the trash
3. Answer the phone
4. Handle almost all order-related tasks
5. Receive customers
6. Add customers on LINE to communicate about images
7. Trace and color customers' images
8. Send packages
9. Be familiar with clothing materials
All of the above are one person's responsibilities because you are the company's only full-time employee.
At the time, there was also someone who was about to leave.
However, she taught very quickly. Although she said to take it slowly, in practice she hoped I would learn everything quickly before her remaining time was up.
When I asked her about things I didn't understand, she impatiently said, “Didn't I already tell you?”
Thinking about how many responsibilities there were, a salary of only 24,000 is really very low.
